I made a new - rather stinky - friend this afternoon. This juvenile turkey vulture has a damaged wing that prevents it from flying, so we are taking a trip to the Eugene Raptor Center tomorrow. Other than the wing, it seems pretty healthy, so I’m hopeful it can be successfully rehabbed.
