BEER RELEASE 1 of 2
Our brewer Andy has turned out some of Ontario's best IPAs over the years. We couldn't be happier to have him here, so we set him loose making a flagship hazy IPA he could be proud of at a cost that makes Steve very uncomfortable. Dank, bright, soft, and bursting at the seams with citrus, strawberry, and passion fruit.
This one is brewed with oats and wheat, and in addition to Mosaic and Strata, once again uses our little discovery from : Bergamot.
Now available on tap and to go in the taproom, and for online shipping Ontario wide on our website.

Cheers for a fantastic brew!!! We can’t wait to stock up on this tasty treat😋 😝🍻

: Meet our BIG WATERWAY NEW ENGLAND IPA! … Soft & Pillowy in mouthfeel, for this release we bigged up the Mandarina Bavaria hops from Germany and Bergamot Hops from Elk Meadows Hops in Michigan for a veritable orange bomb in a glass 🍊 🍺:

Stringin’ Time!! I wish it went this fast in real life 🤣 but we’re certainly ahead of schedule getting the hopyard ready this year thanks to the nice weather 🌞 our little hops are sprouting, looking strong and ambitious 🌱 get excited for a fantastic growing season supplying all of our talented brewers!! 🍻 🍺 ❤️

🔨Special tapping (10/1) 👨‍⚖️

Alongside the crew, we juiced local Colorado Peaches and infused our newest collaboration Session IPA “Paradigm Shifty” for peach-packed pale ale punch. Limited supply, when it’s gone, it’s gone.

🚨New beer tapping! 🚨

The Paradigm IPA is a West Coastish single IPA brewed with a new hop grown in Michigan called "Paradigm" which was given to us by our friends at Elk Meadows Hops.  We also used a touch El Dorado hops to blend in a nice mild bitterness and other fruit flavors.

A beautiful floral, grapefruit aroma, and a spicy, dank, and tropical flavor blends beautifully with the medium malt body, and a reddish golden hue.  

On tap at our Main Street taproom now, and our OG taproom this afternoon, make sure you snag one before and after you go to the Breck Beer Fest today!
