Some of the most common ableist comments don’t sound ableist. That’s exactly why we need to talk about them. 👀

Autistic people still hear comments about how we look, communicate, work, and socialize that are often meant as compliments, but can dismiss very real experiences.

Creating a more inclusive workplace and world starts with listening, learning, and challenging the assumptions we’ve gotten used to.

Did you know Ben Stiller has his own soda brand?! 🥤🎬

When Stiller's Soda sent our Spectrum Designs team some soda to try, we knew a regular taste test wasn’t going to cut it. We HAD to review it like characters from iconic Ben Stiller movies! 😂

We're honored to have represented Spectrum Designs Foundation at the 2026 Gold Award Ceremony hosted by The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - USA.

Our CEO & Co-Founder, Patrick Bardsley, and COO, Tim Howe, had the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh and celebrate the achievements of young people whose dedication, leadership, and perseverance earned them Gold Awards. The evening was an inspiring reminder of the impact that opportunity, inclusion, and community can have on the next generation.

No, we don’t hire autistic adults because we feel bad for them. We hire them because they’re qualified to do the work.

At Spectrum Designs and Spectrum Suds, that means real jobs, high standards, and quality results, from screen printing and embroidery to laundry and fulfillment.

We don’t lower the standard. We remove barriers to meeting it.

Autistic adults deserve more than a chance. They deserve careers.
