Guess I’ve been in kind of a blue mood since my knee replacement…maybe that’s why I’ve been attracted to blue denim, and maybe that’s why I got blue nails this week??😂 Attempting to get back to work, slowly but surely, as evidenced by these new blue denim Quinnies! It’s a process, life is a process, right? 💙🩵💙

What’s on my mind is you all have probably thought I’ve disappeared! Well, I have kind of! Tomorrow it’ll be 5 weeks since I had a total knee replacement, and I am in the midst of a pretty intense recovery. Yesterday I finally sat (and sewed) at my sewing machine for a few minutes…one step at a time. Of course this knee is the one that does the bulk of the work running my Juki. I am seeing, and feeling, progress and am hoping to add a little more work to each day…come on, knee, we have upcoming shows and stores that need replenishing! Also a number of customers have reached out to me! Yes, easy does it, but let’s do it!!❤️‍🩹🤞❤️‍🩹 Thank you all for your patience!❤️

Maine Lobster Festival, day #5!! The Arts & Craft Tent will be open until 6! Incredible vendors galore! Come see! This has been an amazing week…thank you to Mother Nature for cooperating! So happy to not only call this my childhood home, but also to have a sense of family within our tent - you guys all rock!! Fitting since we’re in ROCKland!!❤️
