Monday - 5:30pm (3–5 miles; all paces welcome)

Weekly Runs: Portland

Monday - 6:00pm (5–9 miles on trails, refreshments at Run Pub to follow)
Tuesday - 6:30pm (intervals, Duniway Park track)
Thursday - 6:00pm (4-6 miles, PRC-NW Raleigh St., Thirsty Thursday social afterwards)
Sunday Long Run - 8 am (8-15 miles; all paces welcome; meets at 2258 NW Raleigh St.
