After 40+ years we are here to inform you that we are CLOSING Our Portland Location PERMANENTLY on WED March 3rd. Cash or check only 1st-3rd. We are asking that people try to pick up any work they have brought in by Wednesday the 3rd. If you can’t make it in by then, you will have until the 15th to pick up any items, by appointment only. The number to make an appointment is 971-334-2547.

The Gresham Hems In a Hurry is open and fully operational, and ran by Lisa Day, the well known tailor and alterations specialist. Lisa Day is the daughter of the original owner and founder of Hems in a Hurry, Susie (Anna) Youngman. Lisa has been open 30 years and hopes to continue the family legacy. People visit her shop from all over the west coast.

Lisa is open Monday-Friday. Call for Saturday hours.
