The This is About Running. This is Not About Running. book tour is making a stop at Foot Traffic Sellwood!

We’ll start with a 3 mile run, followed by a Q&A & book signing with Coach Bennett. Come run, ask some questions, and hang out with the running community!

Holiday half season is upon us!!!🎁🎄🎅

We’re looking for pace mentors to help our training groups get ready for race day! We need runners who can pace for 9 out of 12 weekends and hold a steady pace for up to 6–13 miles.

In return? A FREE pair of HOKA shoes, gear, Holiday Half entry + plenty of perks along the way. 👀
