Help me find Lucy a loving home. I am looking to rehome my dad’s pup after his passing (yes I still have Maggie) and I’m hoping you all could help me find the right home for her. Ideally in Northern California where she currently is, but I am willing to transport her to Portland as well. This pup is a “varsity level” dog—don’t let the muppet vibe fool you—she’s collie/poodle and that means she’s smart and sensitive. Would do best in a home without kids (just cause she barks at them, not because she’s aggressive with them. She would thrive with someone who has had dogs before (preferably a collie or collie adjacent type dog) and will provide her consistent discipline (she thrives under it). She’s an escape artist but only if she’s left alone for way too long—bonus if you work from home. She’s not well trained but is highly trainable (again she loves rules and consistency). Contact me if you know someone who could provide her with all of these things. She’s doing great at doggie daycare currently, but does kind of knock about the smaller dogs, not that she’s aggressive just still kind of a puppy/goofball. She’s 3.5 years old and her name is Lucy. She’s up to date with her vaccines. Serious inquiries message me privately. Please share with anyone who might be a good fit. Thank you!

This Sunday October 18th Jennifer Mabry - Portland, Oregon Realtor for over 20 years! & myself bring you our 6th annual Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser and adoption event and Hinterland Empire. The event will be from 12-3pm.

9Arrows will be doing pet portraits.

The Good Bones Alliance will be making pet tags.

There will be an adoptable a litter of 7 week old puppies from Bradford’s Second Chance Rescue (you can see them in the pics and their parents are also pictured in this post). There will be other adorable pups there too (not puppies).
