The Bag Lady Making something out of nothing, turning the bland into beautiful and giving new life to what would otherwise be cast aside. (Grocery bags).

My “upcycled” cards are hand made from whatever materials I have on hand. I use either recycled and/or FSC certified card stock and envelopes which I purchase new, and I cut my designs from post consumer paper bags. No two cards are the same and designs will change as I come up with new ideas. I have called myself “the Bag Lady” unflattering as it may sound, but it has both personal significance (see my blog if you want to know more) and as I use paper bags for my cards. My goals at the moment are to give myself permission to be creative, feel productive and ultimately sell locally. I would love to network with other creative and talented folks and small businesses using Facebook and through my blog (which is under construction).
