There really is no playbook for this; we are having to make extremely difficult decisions on behalf of our business and our top priority is the safety and well-being of people most at risk.
Due to this, it is our decision to close our brick-and-mortar store front beginning tomorrow (Monday). We will still be here fulfilling orders (including in-store pick up). Many of us small businesses are out on this ledge, together, with our dreams and hopes held tightly. I believe that our collective perseverance will be the guiding force as we figure this out together.
