You love to see it. 1970 big E Levi’s 501 jeans. 32” waist. It’s all about the details in dating these babies! We have hidden rivets, no V stitch by the top button, and no care tag down the left leg seam. All those factors allow me to date these jeans pretty specifically to 1970. And what a beautiful pair of jeans they are! The dark wash is preserved beautifully and they look like they’ve hardly never been worn. Probably one of my favorite finds ever.

Not a bad pairing… vintage selvedge Levi 501 cut offs with an original Grateful Dead patch. These date to the 70s, they’re not big E unfortunately, but a pretty rad piece of history nonetheless.
