Hey let’s talk. After my account was restricted three times in the past month for doing nothing more than following the rules on your platform, I have had enough. Your “help” people have claimed that the problem is that my pictures appear on multiple websites, therefore it is not possible that I possess the items that I have listed for sale. First of all, the idea that posting on multiple websites means that it is impossible for me to possess an item is just preposterous. Second of all, yes, I post on multiple websites. My items are sold on eBay, Whatnot, Depop, Grailed, Poshmark, and Even on Facebook marketplace. Photos of my products also appear on my social media channels here on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. So yes, I do post pictures on multiple websites. But that does not mean that I do not own or possess these items. In case you do not know how the Internet works, it is possible to post the same picture of an item for sale in two locations on the Internet and still posses the item. Furthermore, I have sent you time stamped and location stamped photos, which prove that I posses the items. Yet, I have presented this information to you and somehow you have denied my appeals. In all three of these fishy penalties that you have bestowed upon me, I have appealed all three times. I have used the same evidence and the same process to show you the evidence. My work and my approach to these appeals has been consistent. Yet you have denied two out of the three appeals and approved one of the appeals. In other words while I was consistent in what I did and in my approach, your approach was Not consistent. Finally, take a look at the picture on this post. That note still appears on my profile page. Do you understand what’s wrong with this picture? It is now the 22nd. Your own words state that the restrictions are to be in place until the 21st. That means that these restrictions should have been lifted at midnight yesterday. It is now past midnight on the 22nd, so we are now entering day two of additional sanctions above and beyond what you have promised. Not to mention that these sanctions were fraudulent in the first place.
