we started as Chloroform Girl Designs, and the name will forever be a foundation and a name and time i hold dear to my heart. CGD held the brand through two years of development and i will forever remember where we started.

however, its time i was honest with myself as a brand owner and lean into my truth and my own personality.
somewhere along the road, i grew a disconnection from the CGD brand and honestly became a little embarrassed by the name.

I don’t want to abandon my creative side anymore, nor do i want to abandon the brand and all the hard work i (and my rep team) have put into this project the last two years.

you have probably seen the slow transition in name, but its time to officially announce that Chloroform Girl Designs will hereby be known as Darling Misfit 💚

thank you to everyone who has stuck by me these last few months while i just completely abandoned my little space here in the community.
thank you for all your support and love and i can’t wait to see what we do together next. 💋

The mock ups were supposed to be released at 11 AM today but due to severe sickness I was unable to complete them on time. I am hopeful that the actual release on the website is still on time aiming for the 15th, stay tuned for more details!

📢ANNOUNCEMENT📢

the Chloroform Girl Designs online shop will be closed from July 1st through Aug 1st for some MUCH needed work and updates.

A LOT of things will be leaving - and some new things will be arriving. i’ve made some much needed updates to the home office, and have officially decided that if it can’t be made at home - i’m not selling it. this means (for now) items like the sweatpants and swimsuits, pajama sets and slippers, will be leaving. (don’t worry, i’m going to keep the shorts)

i started this company with all the love in my heart and soul, and this last year has been incredible, both in the good and bad. i started to feel like using a POD company took the soul right out of this hobby and made it more of a chore.

so, i’m going to dive all in and try to almost completely leave the POD companies, and do it all at home.

i love you all so much for the support and the hype.

that said - i will not be running a summer rep team, and have decided that 4 teams a year is too much for me- so i will be doing two teams a year until further notice (excluding my permanent reps of course). So stay tuned in Sept for the Winter Team Apps to open.

i hope you all have the most amazing summer, ✨happy pride 🌈 and i’ll see you on the flip side 🫶🏼

PS- the shop is still running and accepting orders until July 1st - so if there’s something you want, and are afraid will disappear, now is the time!
