As I sit here making the last bit of shirts it’s a bitter sweet moment. A chapter that lasted over a decade is coming to an end. I don’t think I could ever fully explain what this little business and all of you have meant to me over the years. What started as a way to make some extra money became something that, at one point, helped me support and take care of my three kids as a single mom. It helped carry me through some of the hardest seasons of my life and gave me a way to keep going when I needed it most. But one of the things I’ll always be the proudest of is what we were able to do for other people. Because of all of you, I’ve been able to use this page to help hundreds maybe even thousands of people over the years through fundraisers, benefits, families going through hard times, and communities that just needed someone to show up for them. Y’all never failed me when I asked you to help someone else, and that will always mean more to me than any shirt I ever sold.
Some of you have been ordering from me almost since the beginning. You’ve watched my kids grow up, watched my life completely change, and supported this business through every version of me along the way. You truly have been the best customer base I could have ever asked for. My life looks a whole lot different now than it did when I started this page, and I think it’s time for this page to grow and change with me. I’m not exactly sure what that looks like yet, but I know my heart will always be in helping people, supporting my community, and sharing the things and people I love. So this isn’t really goodbye. It’s just the end of one chapter and the beginning of whatever comes next. Thank you for over a decade of orders, shares, fundraisers, friendships, support, and love. I hope no matter where I decide to take this page next, y’all stick around to see what’s next. 🩷
