A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported The Milk Moustache over the last ten years! I will forever be grateful to you all. I have certainly enjoyed creating and running my shops in this community. 💕

If you have a gift card outstanding, please come into the shop this month and use it. We still have tons of great merchandise. It’s the perfect time to think ahead to baby gifts and stock up for the birthdays and holidays. Closing sales will start a bit later this month, but we do have some new arrivals and past season discounts to shop in the meantime. After May 31, 2025 all outstanding gift cards will become void. There is no cash value for gift cards.

For those asking, I definitely plan to continue on with The Elowen Room and renting the space out for special events. So I will still have a Main Street presence and am excited about the possibilities of hosting some creative happenings in the space!

It’s hard to believe that it has been almost 11 YEARS since I started out on Princeton’s Main Street with my women’s boutique, juniper & mae. Almost 10 YEARS since I opened The Milk Moustache! I have put a lot of love, sweat, and tears into these buildings and running a small business, but it’s time for me to move on to my next chapter. This is a decision I have contemplated for a couple of years and I look forward to seeing someone else utilize this space for their dreams.

I loved creating these shops and being a part of Princeton’s Main Street community. The flexibility it has offered my family and I has been priceless. I was able to bring my children to work when needed, close early for sporting events, have the freedom to travel, obtain financial flexibility, and set hours that work for my family.

The Milk Moustache has had strong support from Princeton over the years, so ideally someone would want to purchase the business along with the buildings. The area is in need of children’s events and programs and this would be the perfect opportunity to take The Milk Moustache to the next level! If you are a go-getter that is proficient with social media, an enthusiastic sales person, a kid and people-lover, and someone who craves being in a flexible/creative/fun/laid-back environment, this might be the perfect next step for you!

The Milk Moustache is housed in two beautiful, historic Princeton Main Street buildings. As you might know, the two buildings are connected inside by an opening, but could be easily separated back into two retail units. Someone could run a business in one building and rent the adjoining space to another business. There is also a nice apartment unit above each building. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to invest in Princeton real estate.
