Some partnerships don't need a pitch. LiquidSpring has spent decades engineering suspension for military vehicles, emergency fleets, and 97% of Type 1 ambulances in the U.S. When they were ready to bring that technology to single wheel conversion trucks, they came to Buckstop to build it together.

Their kit was modeled on foundation elements we had already engineered. That's a partnership built on mutual respect and it shows in the result.

The LiquidSpring system reads load, speed, road conditions, steering, and braking in real time and adjusts instantly. A fully loaded F-550 that used to beat you up on the highway rides completely different with this system underneath it.

LiquidSpring is on 97% of Type 1 ambulances in the United States. Fifteen patents. More than 20,000 vehicles outfitted. When they came to Buckstop to co-develop a suspension application for single wheel conversion trucks, they weren't starting from scratch.
Neither were we.

The foundation elements were already engineered. LiquidSpring built on what was there. The system adjusts to load, speed, road conditions, steering, and braking in real time. That kind of capability doesn't happen by accident. It happens because both sides of the table knew what they were doing.

Shipping heavy steel across the country has a cost, and for a long time that cost was a barrier for customers in the South and Central U.S. So we solved it the same way we solve everything. We built something.

The Coleman, Texas facility runs the same services as Prineville. Single wheel conversions, LiquidSpring installations, bumpers. Everything under one roof, now in the heart of the country.

25 years in, and we're still figuring out ways to get the right truck to the right person.
