Hi, my name is Liana, I'm an editorial wedding photographer, inspired by romantic, timeless, and artistic photos, and I'm the face behind the camera at Lia Rose Weddings! I have been documenting love stories for over eight years and loving every moment of it. Based in the heart of New England, little Rhode Island, I offer wedding photography services all across the region. Exploring our beautiful

planet has been a source of inspiration and imagination since I was a child. My passion of traveling the world and capturing all of its wonder has only grown throughout my photography journey. I have a dream of photographing wondrous people in wondrous places, so my passport is always ready to create works of art at your destination wedding! I have a background in fashion photography and have been seamlessly blending my two loves; fashion and wedding photography, into a unique, cohesive brand called Lia Rose Weddings. I am inspired by light and airy tones, romantic, editorial posing, and beautiful scenery. My goal when behind a camera is to ensure that the people I am photographing feel empowered, confident, and their truest selves.

From the coast of Ireland (photos coming!) for their elopement to a boat in Positano at sunset, capturing 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦 and Evan's love across the globe has been an absolute dream! We live for moments where travel and deeply personal connections meet, and this evenign was the ultimate reminder of why I love what I do.

Featuring once again, a custom Cassidy Burel gown, who's pieces have been a travel companion to several international destinations! Seeing this one against the Italian cliffs was something special. Thank you to for the incredible experience on the water!

There was something so special about the energy at this Scituate, Massachusetts wedding! With a vibrant orange color palette, every detail felt intentional and full of life. It’s days like this, filled with so much genuine laughter, that remind me why I’m so passionate about documenting these moments!

While I’m currently focused on getting galleries out to my local couples, I’m also 10 days away from a very exciting change of scenery! I’ll be heading across the Atlantic to capture an elopement in Ireland and a sunset boat session in Italy, followed by a little vacation time in Malta.

I can’t wait to share the magic from these upcoming destination sessions with you all soon. ✈️✨

A perfect sunset in Westerly with Nicole and Ryan! 🌊 One of the things I love most about engagement sessions is the chance to really connect with my couples before the big day arrives.
We had such a great time exploring the beach, and it makes me even more excited to document their 2027 wedding!

Last wedding season I had the privilege of traveling to Utah for the first time to capture the love story of Taylor and Christian. A beautiful sunny September day surrounded by mountains and endless joy!

I love capturing weddings here in my home state of Rhode Island and all around the New England region, but as many of you know my passion for travel takes me to some of the most incredible places too. I'm forever grateful to be able to do what I love while seeing the world

I know we all love the sunset glow, but there is something so refreshing about the crisp, midday light in Newport. It brings out the most beautiful blues of the water and the sharp whites of the sails, the perfect canvas for an on the water engagement session with pure, timeless, New England energy!

I put this editorial together to celebrate the bold, the bright, and the bows. Seeing this pink statement piece against the deep greens of the garden reminded me why I love spring weddings so much, the colors just pop.

A private estate in Beverly, oceans of blue and white hydrangeas, and a feature on to celebrate it all.
This summer celebration on the Massachusetts coast celebrating and was the definition of New England elegance. From the custom floral installation framing the Atlantic to the oyster bar poolside, every detail was curated to perfection!

I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes during some international travel and the holidays, but I couldn’t think of a better wedding to mark my return to the grid! I can't wait to share more from our incredible 2025 season
