🌈I have had several people ask when the leather huipil boots would be coming back, and I just found a few pairs I had tucked away🌈
🌵Each pair of boots is available in two sizes. 38 fits like an 8 - 8.5 and 37 fits like a 7 - 7.5 🌵 These are such comfortable boots 💕 The soles are leather and the heel is tipped with rubber for grip and comfort. $228 a pair includes shipping within the US. DM to purchase.

🏜I just found one last hand woven serape weekender. These make amazing beach bags🏝, because while it’s a large bag it’s also very lightweight. To give you an idea if how much it holds, to take this photo I stuffed it with three towels and a big blanket and I still had more room. I’m throwing in a set of “beach please” patches with the purchase of this bag (scroll to see a photo)

It’s been 3 weeks since I have been to work and I think I have almost reached the end of the internet and the end of netflix 😂
My phone keeps telling me my screen time is up by about 💯% which is disturbing but not surprising since it’s both a distraction and a connection to all my friends and family that I am unable to see right now. And then there’s the old friends that I always mean to call “when I get a minute” and then forget later on. I’m making my way through that mental list of people and have spoken to several friends that I had as a teenager. The trip down memory lane has been a welcome distraction. Next up, I’m going to tey my hand

While we are all staying inside waiting for the world to be safe again there are a few things we can all do to try to the help small businesses survive. We can support our independent grocery stores, our local farms, bakeries and restaurants by buying their goods. Consider paying your hairstylist now for an appointment once they reopen.
These places are also far less traveled than a big grocer so your risk is far less than if you went to a costco or stop n shop. Most restaurants are offering curb side pick up and online payments as well.
In addition, if you need income, consider cleaning out your closets and listing stuff on mercari, depop or poshmark. Vintage or handmade things can be listed on etsy.
Hopefully things will resume soon but until then take deep breaths, go for walks and learn something you’ve never had time for like crocheting or baking macarons.

How fab is this mirror that looks like an archway to another room? The lucky folks salvaged it from a school that was built in the 70s or 80s. 🙌🏼 for the score of a lifetime.

If you have never been to the botanical gardens I highly recommend going. In the summer the grounds are lush with flowers and vegetables and the greenhouses showcase trees, succulents, koi fish and many cacti 🌵 It’s a truly lovely place to spend the day.
