I’ve always been a little too much — too ambitious, too creative, too stubborn. And honestly? I’ve decided that’s not something I need to apologize for anymore. 😉
I’ve been obsessed with fashion for as long as I can remember. I started my first business at 11 💎Uniquely Katie💎and as I walked into the working world, that same restless little creative brain turned into a love for styling, tailoring, and making confidence accessible for everyone.
Today, I’m balancing a full-time career managing a local bridal boutique while building my own mobile tailoring business around every available minute I can find. I’m answering messages, booking fittings, driving all over RI/MA/CT, hauling garment bags, making content, forgetting to answer my friends texts, and somehow still squeezing in time to sing & dance to whatever song is currently living rent-free in my head. 💃🏻🚗🧵
But this business is about more than taking in a hem or fixing a zipper.
My vision is to tailor a world that fits✨
I want people to feel confident in their clothes, empowered in their bodies, and to help figure out whats possible for things in life that don’t fit quite right. I want to make tailoring feel convenient, personal, and fun🥳
And someday, I want to teach everything I’ve learned to others who are just crazy enough to believe they can build something of their own, too. Because there’s plenty of room at the table. 🫶🏼
