VonJai Philosophy
The VonJai Collection is a whimsical children’s clothing line designed for little girls that enjoy dress up and imaginary play. The collection is inspired by my three-year-old daughter Victory VONchai and my seven-year-old niece JAIxai. Together, the girls exude grace, kindness and the ability to enhance their own imagination through creativity and innocence. At the age of six m
onths, Victory was grooving to the soulful tunes of Marvin Gaye, beating to the rhythm of reggae genius Bob Marley and enjoying a few snoozes here and there while the classical sounds of Mozart and Tchaikovsky embraced her. Victory was born with this innate desire to surround herself with music. Today at the age of three, she continues to move and wiggle to just about any vibration or reverberation. We proudly cultivate Victory’s musical inclination through music and dance: yoga, ballet, tap and music together classes. Victory also grew up inspired by the grace and talent of her seven-year-old cousin Jai. Similarly, Jai grew up with music being an important element of her core existence. Having attended a variety of opera shows, classical and jazz performances at an early age, Jai developed an inclination towards becoming a musician. On a Sunday afternoon, you’ll often find Jai practicing pagoda bells on her grand piano or gracefully plucking Beethoven tracks on the strings of her violin. The VonJai Collection is a special tribute to Victory, Jai and all young girls who celebrate music and dance! The clothes can be described as “fancy,” but they are uniquely designed to fit comfortably, are organically made and inspire little girls to dance!
