In just one week, the court dismissed the allegations against me. There was never a case and stating there was no reasonable likelihood of success at trial. That is not an opinion — it is a legal determination.

This case should have never been brought forward, and its rapid dismissal confirms what I have said from the beginning: the accusations were false.

Unfortunately, this was yet another politically motivated smear attempt, pushed by individuals like Jenny Paulson, who have repeatedly tried to damage my reputation through misinformation rather than facts. Once again, that effort failed.

As Republicans, we believe in the Constitution, due process, and the fundamental principle of innocent until proven guilty. Weaponizing accusations for political or personal gain undermines justice and harms real victims by cheapening serious claims.

I will continue to stand for truth, accountability, and fairness — and I will not be intimidated by smear campaigns disguised as concern.

Please help spread the word out! I keep seeing people asking where can they get food/meals!!! Tonight at American legion post 2 on west and 9th from 5-9 we have over 300 HOTDOGS,chips and drinks to give out due to more donations!!
