Creating and sewing things is the area where I loose all track of time! I get so excited when someone asks me "Can you make something to take care of this problem?" I don't look at it as a problem, I look at it as an opportunity to create another something "new"! I make items for baby needs, mother's needs, active children, adults, senior care and handicapped needs.

I have been watching videos of a woman who makes kids clothing memory quilts. I guess I was raised too frugally. Those outgrown clothes could be used by another mother who may need help clothing her kids. Plus, adding all those clothes makes the quilt very, very heavy. Too heavy to sleep under. Just my opinion.

I will have a booth at Peggy's Attic on December 1! Looking forward to the people of Milan loving my products! Adult and children aprons, surgical masks, AG and Barbie sleeping bags, Christmas ornaments and lap blankets. Denim quilts. Across from Rachel's Attic in Milan.

I finally conquered a fear. I don't know if the fear was getting down the steps by myself, or getting up the same steps or looking at everything I could be working on and not having the energy. Well, fear conquered. It has been 6 months since the wreck and I'm ready to sew again. I put everything plus machine cords and long thread holder into a backpack, put the sewing machine on the step with the cane and prayed. The electricity is still out in half the basement, but as long as I go in the daytime, I can see around. BTW, the hardest thing was getting the backpack off my back lol Looking forward to watching that needle again.
