This wasn’t meant to live as just clothing.
1964 sits at a turning point in history. A time when old structures were questioned and traditions were reexamined. That idea quietly informed how we approached this work: looking at what we inherit, what we hold onto, and what we choose to evolve.
For us, Class of ’64 became a shift in process and perspective. As the work developed, it stopped feeling like something meant to exist only as product. So instead of forcing a traditional release, we let it live as imagery, film, sound, and connecting with others. This is an expression of where Outskirtts is right now.
We’re committed to building slowly, intentionally, and only releasing what feels right to us.
This chapter is still rooted in our upbringing on Long Island. The routines, the pace, the in between spaces that shaped how we move and think today. As we grow, that foundation continues to shape the people we’re becoming and the direction of Outskirtts.
Sound remains a central part of how we think and create. was formed to exist as an extension of how Outskirtts feels. Setting tone, pacing, and atmosphere.
This isn’t about one drop. It’s about growth, and continuing to build something meaningful with the people choosing to grow with us.
