As the temperatures drop, it's common for honey to crystallize. That does NOT mean it has gone bad! You can eat it crystallized - some people like that different texture - and it makes no difference if you just put it into a hot beverage. But if you want your runny honey back you can just do this: boil some water on the stove in a pot, once the water is boiling, remove the water from the heat and put your honey right in the pot. It will be back to runny in no time (10-15 min). Remember, you don't want to boil the honey - that would get rid of all the really good health properties of the honey.
