My adhd doesn’t seem to be an adhd paralysis. It’s more of an overstimulation and just plain mental exhaustion. It’s days of feeling inadequate because I just can’t get it together. The older I get, the harder it is to maintain and function. I wish I could find a system, but If I did, I’d probably just forget it.
