We did a cool refresh of the booth and made whole yesterday! We added a portable record player(fyi there’s a very cool funky record, media, and memorabilia booth at Mended as well!) some brass and embroidery and cross stitch and more. My favorite though is the little Alice in Wonderland scene I set up with a print by Sir Tenniel, a giant wire tea cup, a mushroom hanging sign and some gorgeous old hymnal pages for crafting and junk journaling! And of course we HAD to check out everyone else’s first of the month refresh, we ended up walking out with an armful of things. If yall haven’t been to Mended and Made Whole yet, this weekend is the perfect opportunity. They host a sand mountain cars and coffee show the first Saturday every month. I guarantee you’ll walk out of there with something. In fact I’m going to bet you’ll be making it a regular trip!

Almost forgot to post these! We
Add a few things to the booth last Friday. Someone had added trinket jars to the bolo book and Made
Whole, I’m not sure if they wanted jars to put them in or the viral crow jars with trinkets in them. So I made some and decided to do a whole ispy display to go with them. There’s ispy type books and vintage toys on a bed of Legos. I think it looks fun! We also added a gorgeous vintage wooden frame and vintage book plate of a Plover. I absolutely love how it turned out. It’s from a book called North American birds by Milne and Milne. The binding is coming loose and I plan to frame as many pages as I can to save the beautiful art work. I sold FOUR jewelry jars on Friday. There are only four left out of 12. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to add any this month.

I dropped the prices and filled the booth with blind date with a book bundles. Last couple pics show a sample of what is tucked into the little pockets of them! They are now $8 each or 2 for $10! All kinds of genres with this batch. Most of them are brand new paperbacks or hardcovers, but there are a couple gently used very popular books as well. Get them while you can because I’ll be closing the booth permanently at the end of this month. It’s been a wonderful 6 years and I appreciate everyone that has made it happen. But it’s time to move on to the next adventure! The Old Gallery
