I have been disciplined and have not sourced lately and have been working on selling what’s already on hand. BUT sometimes the itch comes and you need to scratch…I just didn’t realize I’d scratch that much.

🔥 Smoking hot post modern 3 piece living room set by Mersman Furniture. Mersman made quality, solid wood furniture most often with veneer, but this set is solid oak. 🪵 Sure it has glass, but it’s family friendly with rounded wood edges. Coveted smoke glass inserts- 3 of 4 are original with a beveled edge. One panel in the coffee table fits perfectly, but is not beveled and not original. Flip the beveled panel over and it is hardly noticeable as shown in the last photo. (Flat on left, beveled on right) One singular tiny chip in the beveled piece for the coffee table. Side tables are a slightly deeper color as can be seen.

I have intentionally kept myself from sourcing the last couple of months, and while I know it was the right decision, I have missed treasure hunting. But today we took a little drive to a massive antique mall so I could scratch the itch— man, did it feel good! 🤤 I scored these fashion glasses (which I’ll be keeping) and some other great finds. ‘Twas a good day.
