A full-circle moment, and the beginning of something really special. ✨
If we haven’t met yet, hi! I’m Kayla :) Years ago, I started my retail career at Boem, learning the heart behind creating a shopping experience that makes women feel confident, welcomed, and inspired. That experience stayed with me when I went on to build Voda. Life has brought me back in the most meaningful way.
I’m incredibly honored (and honestly still pinching myself) to share that I’m taking over Boem and leading this next chapter alongside the amazing teams behind both brands. My goal is simple: preserve the heart of what you already love while continuing to elevate the experience, the styling, the service, and the community that makes these stores feel so special.
And to Megan, THANK YOU for being an incredible mentor, friend, and inspiration to me over the years. The admiration I have for what you’ve built runs so deep. Boem became what it is because of your vision, your creativity, and the way you made people feel. Thank you for trusting me to carry the torch forward. I know I have big shoes to fill, and I don’t take the responsibility of leading this next chapter lightly.
