Vulnerable Post:

When your first time is this.., your world just crashed and you weren't ready or prepared for the aftermath. Someone robbed you of feeling loved & appreciated. They stole your ability to share the most precious thing God gave you as an act of love. They traded in your love for violence & selfishness.

It takes decades, mistakes will be made, you'll have to slowly learn what love is and not lead with the lust demon this person deposited in you. You'll have to tell yourself that you are not an object someone can just use & dispose of. You'll most likely choose damaged partners. You most likely will have one or more unexpected pregnancies. You might even become a single mom because someone damaged you. You have a very high chance of developing PTSD, depression & anxiety surrounding love, s*x and relationships. It will cost you a lot of time to fully recover. It might even cost you the love of your teenage years and/or the love of your life. You will struggle with self confidence, self love and acceptance. You may even think you won't be worthy enough of real love at times or it will never be "you". You'll struggle with s*x and your body image. You might freeze and hardly move when you finally try to engage. Your body might just recall the physical & mental lockdown it put you under to survive the moment. You'll have to work on trust. You'll have to work on creating a healthy s*x life. Your future partner will need to be very patient with your acceptance of intimacy, your growth & healing.

That being said,

If you don't give up, if you do the work, if you lean on God, if you create self improvement daily practices, if you believe in love again, if you try everyday to improve your self esteem, if you trust your partner, if you don't desire not to live & live life to the fullest, if you take what the devil stole and find your purpose out of the mess and if you do something about it for the next generation...

I assure you, YOU will RECOVER FULLY.

Please believe me. You are more than Enough. You are capable of nurturing a Healthy Relationship. You will be Loved with the damaging past. You will be embraced. The right man will see through you and protect you from even YOU. God will never leave you. You have a bright future to uncover. You still have a lot of love to give & receive.
