Yesterday was a beautiful Sunny day out here in SoCal, even just for a few hours. What better ways to spend “Social Distancing” at home by getting some sunshine on our skin and to always find ways to be grateful for. We are given the opportunity to live our life to the fullest and enjoy each day given. Don’t forget to put on smiles, despite the difficult times. Btw, the sun is nature’s antimicrobial and antivirus substance, make a good use of it daily whenever you see the sun is out. I usually spend at least 30 minutes sitting out on the backyard, 2X Daily. It is so very relaxing! Sending much love and prayers to each one of us....with God’s help and our continuous work to minimize the spread of the virus...together we will overcome COVID-19! Here is a great Acronym I learned about. It is called “NEWSTART.” N = Nutrition, E=Exercise, W=Water, S= Sunshine, T=Temperance, A= Air, R= Rest, and the T= Trust in God. Perhaps we can implement these into our daily life to be a better us. I will find more details about NEWSTART and will be happy to share it with you. XOXO🙏❤️ @ Rancho Cucamonga, California
