German Street Coffee & Candlery in Shepherdstown, W.Va., which, against all odds, Cucuzzella has turned into possibly the country’s top learning center for the reinvention of running.”

We are the first walking and running specialty retail to promote spending as much time barefoot as possible. When you need to wear shoes, we will offer products and education to assist transition toward, or maintenance of, natural and efficient running and walking form. Both old and new research and the experiences of injured runners give layers of evidence that the human foot must develop naturally during youth and continue into adulthood to function and behave like a foot.
