Belief. 🙌
You can’t go anywhere without it. Belief in your product, in your company, in your opportunity… in yourself.
A little over a month ago we started at the only trademarked 💟 mental wellness company.
Things I have heard personally since then:
“I need to bring something new or no one will want to join”
“I need to find something that no one has heard of before”
“I need another run 🏃 like _____”
😬 this was me too about 4 months ago.
Until I sat back and truly thought about that.
The truth is, that somewhere along the way network marketing “leaders” decided that to be true. And when you say and hear something enough times, it becomes YOUR truth. Even if it may not be reality. But even when finding that something 🆕, that then became old news a few months later when the next “new” thing came along and those very same leaders that now needed to make sure they brought something “new” are leaving to the next new company in fear of losing their people. This my friend, is the actual REASON so many in the industry are BURNT OUT.
It’s a hamster 🐹 🛞. If you are always looking for new, you will never stay anywhere long enough to build a sustainable business with true residual.
If what you have been doing isn’t working, it’s time to reevaluate.
I won’t beg people to come here. I have belief again. I know what we have here! I see the vision. This company has JUST launched in Canada 🇨🇦 and we are just getting started!!!!
