We had the opportunity to help out a local family with a last-minute rush order, and we were more than happy to make it happen!

These Memphis Elementary Yellow Jackets shirts turned out awesome! 🐝💛💙

We know sometimes things come up unexpectedly and you need something done FAST! While we can’t always guarantee a quick turnaround, we do our best to accommodate when we can.

We appreciate the opportunity to help out and thank this family for trusting us to get the job done!

To say we've been slammed lately would be an understatement! Between our personal schedules and keeping up with orders, things have been a little hectic behind the scenes.

We know some orders have been taking longer than usual, and we sincerely apologize for the delays. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!

The good news? Things have finally slowed down in our personal lives, and we're getting back to normal-ish! 😂

We're working hard to catch up on outstanding orders and get everything completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality you expect from us.

As a small, family-owned business, we truly appreciate every single order, referral, and person who continues to support us.

Thank you for sticking with us! We appreciate you more than you know!

📢 PSA — SHIRT PRICING

When you message us asking, “How much for shirts?” there unfortunately isn’t one simple answer.

There are about 40 million different shirt brands, styles, fits, materials and quality levels 😂 — and all of those affect the price.

We also have to factor in:

👕 How many shirts you need
📏 The sizes needed — some larger sizes cost more
🎨 How many designs/decals are going on each shirt
📍 Front, back, sleeves, etc.
⏱️ Design, setup and production time
👚 The specific brand/style of shirt you want

We want to be as transparent as possible with our pricing and give you an accurate quote from the start—not throw out a number and change it later.

So when you ask for a price and we come back with a few questions, we promise we’re not interrogating you. 😂 We just want to price your order correctly the first time.

The more details you can give us upfront, the quicker we can get you an accurate quote!

Custom work. Fair pricing. No surprises.

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨

This isn’t something we really wanted to do, but unfortunately, a few recent situations have forced us to make some changes to how we operate moving forward.

⏱️ Rush Orders — Orders needed in less than 2 weeks may now be subject to a rush fee, especially larger orders that require us to rearrange our schedule.

🎨 Design Work — Basic design work and minor changes will still be included. However, extensive design work, multiple revisions, or multiple different designs before approval may now require a design fee.

This does NOT mean every order will have additional fees. We’ll always be fair and upfront about any additional costs before work begins.

We’ve always tried to be flexible, work with our customers, and go above and beyond when we can. Unfortunately, there comes a point where we also have to protect our time, materials, and the work that goes into every order.

We’re still fine-tuning the details, but wanted to give everyone a heads-up now so there are no surprises moving forward.

As always, thank you to everyone who supports Heat Hub LLC and continues to trust us with your orders. We appreciate you! 🔥🇺🇸

We want to address something briefly due to some recent posts circulating regarding a rescue that Heat Hub previously sponsored horses through.

Heat Hub is here to make things, support our customers, and run our business — not bash, attack, or publicly speak negatively about another organization.

For clarity, we previously sponsored horses through the rescue in question. That was the extent of our involvement. Over time, we realized that we did not align with certain things taking place, and we made the decision to step away in March 2026.

Since then, Heat Hub has had no affiliation with the rescue. We do not currently endorse, support, represent, or have any involvement with the organization.

We sponsored horses because we wanted to help animals. Plain and simple. When we no longer felt comfortable continuing that relationship, we quietly stepped away.

We aren’t interested in adding fuel to anyone’s fire or participating in social media drama. We just want to make our position clear so there is no confusion about where Heat Hub currently stands.

We’re going to keep doing what we do — making cool stuff, supporting our customers, and staying in our own lane.

In the meantime, if you need some awesome things made for your business or just want something custom, hit us up

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our small business. 🤘
