⚠️ Real Talk From Heat Hub ⚠️
We owe everyone a quick update.
Some of our suppliers have dropped the ball lately, and it’s created delays getting materials we need to complete orders. As a small business, we don’t have massive warehouses full of inventory or a team of people handling logistics—we’re just doing our best to keep things moving while juggling the curveballs that get thrown our way.
The good news is we’ve identified the problem, made some changes, and adjusted where we’re sourcing materials from moving forward.
Right now, we’re waiting on shipments to arrive and processing orders as quickly as materials come through the door. If you’re currently waiting on an order, please know we haven’t forgotten about you. We’re working through everything as fast as possible while still making sure the quality is where it needs to be.
We know delays are frustrating. They’re frustrating for us too. We take a lot of pride in what we make, and the last thing we ever want is to keep customers waiting.
