Check out “The Inked Loaf”! I met this talented young woman last month at (The Alley Arts & Crafts Event Made by Morrell.)Her personality is amazing—she's not just an artisan but a true artist, tattooing bread with custom designs—super cool. Her food is fantastic, and her genuine spirit, tattoos, and authenticity make her stand out. I admire her! She previously worked in a kitchen, which I appreciate as a retired chef. She understands food safety and 'Mise en Place.' Open and honest, she shared her hardships. Fascinatingly, she's also an 18-wheeler truck driver! Her positive outlook influences her business. Her food is special, and her location in Berks County, Birdsboro, makes it easier to support her. Meeting her, you'll feel her positive energy. She reminds me of a Viking queen—strong, vibrant, and inspiring!

I came across this this morning, and it highlights one of my biggest frustrations with social media: the widespread ignorance and lack of knowledge across so many subjects. I don’t personally use ma*****na or hemp-based products recreationally, but as a naturopathic practitioner, I do recommend them for various health challenges in humans and animals, depending on the cannabinoid. There are many amazing plants on this planet that, when used properly, can have incredible medicinal benefits.

Now, just for fun, I have to point out something funny I saw: someone referring to the bouquet as "the pot"đŸ€”, implying an eighth in the bag 😳. Oh dear — you’re definitely getting ripped off! That’s just the old urban girl in me coming out with a big, loud, WOW! 🙌

Listen, everyone — I beg you — no matter what the topic is, do your own research. Ask questions. Don’t take anything at face value. Look it up — not once, not twice — but at least three times, consulting different sources. Take personal responsibility for your knowledge. Let’s aim to be informed, not the most uninformed country in the world!
