Celebrating Tarry Town Bakery & Deli’s 1 year anniversary on this Saturday! I am excited to be able to participate in this!

There’s at least 40 other small businesses that are going to be there! Come shop, support small businesses, and go visit the bakery for some good eats!!!

I finally found … no, excuse me… MADE time to open my Cricut app and some YT videos to make a new and updated business card template! I now just have to wait on the blank card stock to be able to actually make them and I am so excited!!
I think it will I’ll be very eye catching! I’ll post once I have them made!

I finished a small project for my youngest daughter and now it’s time to get started on market prep for this Saturday in TerryTown, GA!

So, I had a little downtime at work the other day. I decided to try my hand at pattern writing. I wanted to try something simple. I wrote as I crocheted. It was good, close to what I had envisioned, but needed tweaking. I reworked it and rewrote the pattern. Perfect! I made a second one with the new pattern and it was exactly what I wanted.

I haven’t decided if I want to add a mouth and blush or leave them like this.

B was cleaning out her bead collection yesterday and handed me 2 boxes of beads that’s she’s opened once. She thought of giving them to goodwill but then I said ooh once I get finished with the custom order I’m doing, I can use these to make fidget toys with the crochet. She said ok- but I get some of the money from them since they are my beads. Ok not a problem!
Next on the market prep agenda- mass production of crocheted fidget toys!!!

Taking a quick break to step outside and soak up some sunshine and wait for my lunch! It’s a beautiful day! Sun is shining and it’s Friday which means I get to go home for the weekend!!
I have been contemplating my business’ future over the past few months. I keep saying “I plan to go full time” “I plan to sign up for more events when I can” “I plan……”
This weekend I will be taking time to map out what the future of my business looks like! I think it will be a great thing and lots of fun!!!!
