Far Out is for the curious and creative who crave real adventure, genuine connection, and the radical act of slowing down.

We’re building slow travel experiences, like cycling through Kenya, skiing in Japan, digital detoxing in the Sierra in Summit County, where you get to disconnect and feel alive and free.

We’re also gathering the goods that get you there – to the outdoors, to art, to flow, to the present, to yourself.

Because we believe that you’re most creative, joyful, and human self isn’t lost, it just needs the right conditions and a supportive space.

We’re building Far Out for people who aren’t tired of adventure, but of the pace at which they move through their daily lives. We know this feeling all too well; it’s the reason why our founder closed

 is building far out with  because we think the antidote isn’t a spa weekend or motivational podcast.

It’s putting our phones down and spending a day in outside with old and new friends, hiking, skiing, riding bikes, talking about real things, imagining and creating the future we want.

It’s about creativity. It’s about connection. It’s about moving slowly and deliberately because that’s the only way to extend a short time on this planet, and it’s only the only way to fill the well so that we can expand our capacity to create change.

Far Out is about finding your flow.

We can’t get there by consuming or scrolling.

It comes from doing, from being so fully absorbed and something you love that nothing else exists. No inner critic, no to-do list, no urgency or pressure. Just you and that thing in front of you, completely in sync.

Every group adventure, every creative retreat, every carefully chosen object in our marketplace, is designed with one thing in mind: getting you to that place where the noise stops, the pace slows down, and you settle into moments of happiness and freedom.
