Whether you’re navigating mental health, autism, neurodivergence, recovery, caregiving, or a season that feels heavier than usual—your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

💜💚 AUTISM PARENTS — I WANT TO SHARE A RESOURCE WITH YOU! 💚💜
I recently came across Autism Coach Carter, and I have found his information incredibly helpful. As the mom of a 19-year-old daughter with autism, I’ve watched several of his videos and caught myself thinking, “I wish I had known some of this when my daughter was younger.”
One thing I really appreciate is his focus on helping parents understand the WHY behind a child’s behavior, rather than only focusing on the behavior itself.
I know there are parents in our community who are exhausted, overwhelmed, newly navigating an autism diagnosis, or simply looking for more tools and understanding. I wanted to share his page in case his information can help even one family. ❤️
