Turnaround time on Thursday. I’m a little all over the place this week. Right now my no rush time frame to receive quilts is the first party of July. We aren’t building a new building and expanding for no reason! Just today I’ve had 8 quilts dropped off! If you need my help, please don’t wait to get on my schedule. I would love to help you get your quilts finished!

I’m back at work today after being out of town all weekend. So far I’ve got this pretty stack of quilts trimmed. I’ve got two quilts going on both longarms and I’ve got a pile of clothing to alter. Lots of work to do!

I’m so excited! This “little” business needs more square footage and we are having the best come and make it happen! Fingers crossed it will be finished before the Christmas rush of quilts.

We built this beautiful home 7 years ago….. it was and still is a beautiful home! However…. one thing if for sure, when you are good at quilting and in high demand you can out grow your quilt room you had built into your floor plan pretty fast. This home owner came back to us a few years ago and said we are going to have to build a shop for a bigger quilt room to add more than one long arm. This winter they decided to add it on to the house instead of a separate shop. This morning the guys staked it out and Edwards Excavation started digging, concrete tomorrow. Then our guys will start framing. We love when we have repeat customers. Whether it is building another custom home, building a shop, or adding on to a home built years ago. We believe in good relationships so when our clients need a contractor for something else they have no doubt who they will call.

Accio Time!

If only that worked! I’ve only had small snippets to play with this new toy and I finally figured out how to make a straight line! I’m hoping to figure out some basic embroidery. If you know of any helpful videos, please send them my way!

A recent customer quilt. Aren’t the robots so fun?! Quilting design is called Circuitry, which I thought was very fitting! I love it when customers use (good quality) minky on the back. The stitching really stands out!

Turnaround time on Tuesdays!

My schedule is pretty full for May. I’m not sure how much time I will have to get quilts done, as I have to get my kids finished with the school year. May is a marathon! Let me know if you need my help to get your quilts finished!

Did you know that I will bind your quilt for you? I’m a little surprised at the number of people who want me to do it, but I’m happy to. I’ve had A LOT of practice!
