We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscape installation and maintenance tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the landscaping industry.
Duties
🌱 Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and hedging
🌱 Assist in creation of gardens and outdoor living spaces by planting, mulching, hardscaping, and more
🌱Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
🌱 Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
🌱 Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job.
Requirements
🌱 Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
🌱 Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
🌱 Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance work.
🌱 A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
🌱Reliable transportation required. Drivers License preferred.

Hours : Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 10 hour days (7am-5:30pm), expect Fridays during peak season (Mar-May; Sept-Oct); hours may change slightly during winter months
