Here's a quick (requested) tutorial for the sweet button ghosts I sell in my booth at the antique mall.
You'll need watercolor paper or white cardboard, black paint or Sharpie for the eyes 👀, white buttons (I used a mix of vintage and new), and hot glue or white craft glue.
