As I sit here and think about life and the choices we make, I just have to stop and say thank you.

I am a believer, however, I am a rebel.

I have always had to do it my way not Gods way.

I have been very angry with him over the last couple of years.

Well really since June 16th 2019…yes I remember the day as if it was yesterday.

It was the day that rocked my world and has changed me forever.

I struggled over the next few months with drinking, and outrageous behavior.

Over the last few years I have done things that I’m not proud off.

I have yelled
I have screamed
I have cried
I have asked so many questions
Why me? What did I do to anger you? How could you let this happen to me? Why couldn’t you have just kept it hidden? Why do I have to relive something I buried so deep down?

Which would ultimately lead me to flipping the sky’s off and telling him to f**k off, I’d figure it out. Because that’s what I have had to do my entire life… figure s**t out.

Over the last couple weeks, in hindsight, I have seen what he was doing for me.

He separated me from what was not good for me

He sustained, by surrounding me with strong believers to breathe life and love into me.

He continues to surprise me by helping me, help others

And most importantly he shielded me from what would deter me as I walked through unchartered, unfamiliar and very uncomfortable places.

While he did that he was equipping me to have the empowering conversations with people around me. Like the one I had with my nephew yesterday ♥️

As he continues to work on me, I am seeing anger may have been how it came out, but it was fear that drove me.

I did not want to die, so I had to do everything I could to live.

So today I live, to continue to spread love as he has called us to do.

To say I am excited 😊 is an understatement!!!

Tomorrow I get to see two of my girlfriends make their debut on stage in their first bikini competition ♥️♥️♥️

After being there myself recently, i know how important it is to show up and support them!!!

I was lucky to have support at my show and I am so excited to support them in their show😍

So I did a thing today..

I use to get my brows threaded…however last may the local brow bar and well you can see they totally dicked it up 😒

So for the last 11 months I have tried everything to get them to grow back.

Collagen, Biotin, every serum on the market, and though some hair did grow back, it was super patching and well a bit trashy😂

So today I got my brows microshaded, micro bladed and shaded together.

Can I just say that Jadaira killed it.

It’s only been a couple of hours and I fricken love them!!!

You can’t even tell hair is missing 😍😍😍

Thank you new friend!

I cannot wait for them to heal ♥️

Today is Day 1 👆

This will serve as a reminder of where I started before the growth.

After my bikini competition last august, I shared I was transition from bikini to wellness…

You can duck duck go it and you can see the side by side comparison.

So I got my new plan and holy good Batman.

You wouldn’t think adding just 1/4 cup more of oats would make a difference but what a difference.

I am excited about this new journey, because it is so different, however just as challenging that my last competition.
