Working for somebody it's always something you don't do enough this you don't do enough that you do too much of this you do too much of that you don't say no enough, but you say YES too many times and then they don't want to pay you and they want you to run the whole Daycare Center the people the children the parents and you just sitting in the office doing nothing but then you come out talking like you did something you come out talking like you have really interacted with the kids like working for other people I don't like it. If I give you 110% then I'm looking for 120% If I show up every day and show up I'm looking to be seen and heard I'm a leader never follower So tired of living from paycheck to paycheck tired of these jobs not offering no benefits tired of these jobs hiring outside people to feel position when you have people that's been working for you for years. Since the doors open and you never offer the positions the opportunities to grow people with their own businesses wake up cuz your employee should be living like you living. Especially ones you can really really depend on
