ears in a row by the readers of True West magazine for his hand-formed custom hats. Each custom cowboy hat is hand formed by Bill Knudsen in our Pleasant Hill location. He replicates just about any western hat you can think of including those worn by John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, the Tombstone movie characters,and the Hell on Wheels cast. Bill makes his hats the old fashioned way- with hand tools and 30+ years of experience. This allows for beautiful curves and shapes that aren't possible with mass production factory presses and forms. Each hat is a work of art crafted just to your liking.

We're back to business as usual. people are allowed in the store as long as they have a mask.

We have updated our hours for the shelter in place, and will be open for curbside business. We will not allow customers into the store at this time.

If you know exactly what it is you are looking for, we will allow for store pickups. We will not allow customers to come in and browse however, nor will we except any returns from purchases made during this time. Any purchase made this way will be handed to the customer through our front entrance We will also take orders over the phone or online, we can send you papal invoice and ship the merchandise to you via UPS.

We will be continuing or custom hat work and will be in the building on Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. from 11 to around 4. We will not be opening the store at this time.
