Free Reign Clothing was founded by Lauren Minton in San Diego, California with just a laptop, a sewing machine, and a dream to dress herself in clothing that truly expressed her personality. Drawing inspiration from the everyday boho chic, modern, "grown up" hippie that should inspire by day, and be ready to show up and start the party at night. Free Reign is the nitty-gritty, badass, tough girl approach at life, while still maintaining a free spirit. Free Reign gives you the ability to dream, to wander through the desert, and to be anything you put your finger too. It's no secret that the right clothing will make you stand out in the crowd. However, at Free Reign, we give you the ability to choose how you want to stand out in that crowd. That's right you have free rein to choose, and free reign to rule.

Being a grown up and bad-ass hippie herself, Lauren is dedicated to our planet and our environment. Lauren's goal is to bring together all organic shipping options such as recycled materials, reusable and biodegradable bags, boxes, and tissue papers. Or, maybe just personally delivered with her own two feet (if you are lucky to live close enough). All clothing is ethically made and tested by her team at Free Reign to ensure both quality and fit.
