I know this about myself: when crazy busy, I’m tempted to barely eat.  
 
It’s wild, but I actually, “forget” to eat! Then, I’m feeling terrible and have no brain fuel, etc. (Duh). 🤦🏻‍♀️ 
 
So. During market weeks I commit to eating WELL! It doesn’t always look like this, but it’s good food, herbal teas & water - lots and lots of water!! 💦  
 
If you’re a small business owner, don’t skimp on the good stuff this busy season! Take care of yourself - you’re kinda a big deal to your biz! 😉
