Pleased to see Dr. Karpecki's excellent piece on Blue Light, and in particular how he describes the relationship of longer blue light wavelengths (455-490nm) to sleep disruption, and how sleep disruption has a causal impact on a variety of health related issues.

eClips provides a variety of Blue Light filtering lenses that are often worn as custom clip-ons or as plano lenses, which provide filtering of the longer blue light wavelengths, known to suppress the production of melatonin, the hormone that aids a healthy sleep cycle. Our latest lens, Blue Logic365 filters 30% of these longer wavelengths and is photochromic to protect the eyes from intense outdoor blue light.
