Revisiting these sketches again since now that I can work on them for fun without any pressure! I did my best to push them further and I like what I see after spending more time with them! 💖
I do like the rework of the Starro suit! I feel like this can be pushed a bit more. It is here that I learned that I need to work on being more creative with suits ⭐️
Wonder Woman, specifically from Star Riders, was giving me Sky Dancer vibes and I was so fascinated learning about this short lived series! Or canceled series? Whatever you want to call it, I wish Star Riders got more traction - we could have got a really cool toy line from this! 💫
[OBJECTS IN MIRROR (ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR) starts playing softly in the background] Listen, this shiny paranoid character was interesting! I wish we could have had more of Looking Glass. The mask material was always super interesting to me and I thought it would be fun to play with metallics of various materials. [Song ends to barrel into KATTLE BATTLE; volume gets louder] AND, UH, YEAH. THATS THE ONLY REASON I CHOSE HBO’S WATCHMEN HAHAHAHA DEFINITELY NOT ANY OTHER OBSESSIVE REASON HAHAHA RIGHT? 🪞
Kole! I remember being a kid looking into the Teen Titans comics since I was enjoying the animated tv show. That’s how I found about Kole and her crystal powers. It would be so fun to do a look with so many shiny beads and rhinestones and I find her costume’s colors so fun! 💎
