That incarceration, that r**e, molestation, the domestic violence, homelessness, unemployment, etc ... was a part of your process. These were all situations you had to endure to ensure that you were strong enough to pull someone else out of their storm. Tell your story, embrace someone who's suffering. Use your past to improve someone else's future.

It's ok to go into hibernation, it's ok to block the negativity, drama and people who create it, it's perfectly fine to graduate to a new level and not have the same friends or interest any more ... love your elevation, embrace that separation and flow in the beauty of self preservation.
