When I first started volunteering with Sphere, I never could have imagined the friendships I would make along the way. What started as volunteering quickly became so much more — these guys have become some of the most amazing people in my life.

One of my favorite things is getting to see them outside of Sphere, whether it’s grabbing dinner before rehearsal, going to an event, or just hanging out. These friendships aren’t just about the time we spend at rehearsal together — they’re real connections that continue long after we leave Sphere.

Introducing the Kindness Mountain shirt. A trip to Colorado reminded me how powerful it can be to slow down, appreciate what’s around you, and reconnect with what matters. That experience inspired this design, a vintage outdoor look with a simple message, “Kindness is contagious” on the front. I hope this shirt carries that feeling with you, wherever you go. One of my favorite parts of Lead the Change isn’t shirts, it’s people. At the Meet the Fleet event in Menemsha, Martha’s Vineyard, I got to talk with Al and Betsy about kindness, community, and what the mission at Lead the Change really means.
