There are moments when you stop looking at the world through a screen and actually take it in.

Standing here on Martha’s Vineyard, looking out at something so much bigger than myself, I’m reminded why I started Lead the Change in the first place.

We get one chance to be part of this world. We can spend it complaining about what’s wrong, waiting for someone else to fix it, or we can decide to bring something better into the world ourselves.

Lead the Change isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about refusing to believe that the way things are is the way they have to stay.

Ridgefield’s unofficial mayor strikes again. So proud of my friend Alex at his book signing. Amazing new book, amazing human. Check it out now! His book is called… The Honorary Mayor & His Circle of Angels. It’s the story of a boy on the Autism Spectrum who makes friends and becomes a beloved member of his community.

This week is his birthday too! Happy birthday Alex!
