. While at Elle James, you will feel celebrated and adored as one of our stylists helps you find a gown that is uniquely you in an intimate, laid back atmosphere. With prior experience in the wedding and fashion industries, I created Elle James out of necessity. Gone are the days when Mississippi brides have to travel out of state to find a dress that is fresh and fashion-forward. We only carry couture gowns to ensure we can work with you to create a dress that is made just for you. Want to add straps, remove appliques, lower the back, or add more beading? Our personal stylists work directly with our exclusive designers to craft exactly what you want to make all of your wedding dress dreams come true! Please note that our boutique is by appointment only. This is to ensure you will receive the best experience possible. However, if you are in town for a short time and would like to stop by, give us a call and we will do our very best to accommodate you! If you’ve ever been to an appointment at Elle James, it’s hard not to notice how important it is that our stylists are extremely educated. Allie joined the Elle James team at the beginning of this year, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her many years in the pageant dress world. She has a keen eye for knowing exactly which style and silhouette is best for each bride. It’s truly magical watching her style brides with such ease!

When she’s not helping brides, you can find Allie baking, painting, reading (especially at a cute coffee shop with a cappuccino in hand), or researching fashion and design. She absolutely loves The Jonas Brothers, cheering on the Rebs and Formula 1! Allie also holds several other impressive job titles: owner of the online boutique , cheer and dance choreographer, resume and interview coach, and Registered Nurse. During slower moments in the boutique, you can find us asking Allie all of our health questions.

We are the luckiest to have Allie as a coworker, stylist, and friend at Elle James!

Helpful Tip: we will always help you style the dress you say yes to during your bridal appointment. BUT if it starts to feel like too many choices during your bridal appointment or if you found your dress elsewhere, you can always come see us for an accessories appointment. It's an hour of fun just focused on finding any finishing touches you're interested in.

Some people just have a gift for making others feel beautiful, and Amelia is one of them.
She's been part of the Elle James family for 2 years, and in that time she's helped so many brides find the dress that finally felt like "the one." There's something special about the way she intently listens to what a bride wants, even when they can't quite put it into words yet.
Amelia has a quiet talent for knowing exactly which gown to reach for next, and watching her work is like watching someone do what they were made to do. We are so grateful to have her heart and eye for beauty as part of this team.

Happy National Intern Day to the two people who make our days at Elle James Bridal even better!

Avery Anna Crain, a Fashion Merchandising and Marketing student at Mississippi State from Magee, MS, brings a real eye for detail to everything she touches. She says what she loves most about EJ is how unique every single dress is, and honestly, we love that she notices.

Julia Styres, also studying Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing at Mississippi State, is from Madison, MS, and has a gift for connecting with our brides. What she loves most about EJ is the people she works alongside and witnessing the moment each bride finds her dress.

Fun facts about our girls: Avery's favorite dress in the store is also the most expensive (we see you, Avery), and Julia makes her own jewelry.
